We are currently in the process of transitioning the enrolment and billing process for our Holiday Programs. From the Autumn 2021 holidays, parents will be required to enrol via the SmartCentral parent portal and register for direct debit payments. This transition will allow us to implement a number of improvements across our service including digital sign in/out, simplified reenrolment each holiday program, fee projections to account for CCS payments and easy to read parent statements.
For external families from the community, fees will now be direct debited on the first day of the relevant holiday program. We will utilise fee projections to estimate child care subsidy entitlements. If you enrol after the holiday program has commenced, you will be direct debited immediately after your application is approved. A late booking fee of $10 will be charged for each booking made after the commencement of the holiday program.
